I began listening to Op with 911 calls in 2019 and when I ran out of episodes, I came across TCK and have loved it since! Op reminds me of my little brother and Kent reminds me of our lifelong friend. Kind of opposites but brilliant minds! Kent, I appreciate all the research and references! I have been a fan of (non-fiction and fictional) true crime for about 21 years. I love y’all’s style of presenting and banter! Please release more episodes!!

“Reptile dysfunction.” Op cracked me up with that one. The two are awkwardly hilarious. Reality can be ugly- I’ll take my chuckles when I can..

I’ve been listening to The Op since 2020. 11:59 media is special because they do what everyone in America should be able to do, speak their mind…which they do without hate or malice. Although I grew up on a southern farm, I still wasn’t sure about Kentucky Kent, but after the first episode I knew it was my cup of ‘sweet tea’ because I need reality. Finding real people these days is sadly a challenge and as long as you’re real, I will accept you in all your flaws and glory with staunch loyalty. Kent tells a story like no other, and if you want real people telling real stories, you will not find stories like TCK anywhere else. Period. P.S Not for sissies.

Perfect duo for true crime pod cast! As a former Corrections nurse raised by and married military/law enforcement… you have to have a certain type of humor and personality to cope… this includes all first responders… yous get it… or if you just actually have a sense of humor… this pod cast tells you the horrible stories of the absolute worst monsters in this world but has you in tears laughing so hard! It’s contradicting… you question if you should bring marshmallows, gram crackers or chocolate when you end up in hell… at least I’ll be laughing my way there as long as true crime kent keeps putting out 😂

Stumbled upon this podcast by accident and now it’s a daily part of my life. You boys do an incredible job! So freaking good!! I tell everyone I know. The best crime podcast ever! Three thumbs up!

Kent and Sam 2.0’s dad (I’m not sure of his name) are so funny I have video of myself laughing so hard during an episode that I wasn’t breathing, passed out and fell out of my chair. I was fine.

I honestly look forward to every single one of these episodes. Kent always finds such interesting stories to cover. I find myself looking for more information on these stories because they are so unknown. Kent goes into so much detail I want/need to see what these people look like and watch the interviews (if any). I listen to several other true crime podcasts and they usually cover stories that I’ve seen or heard of before which is fine but I love hearing new stories especially from this duo. They are the best and you’ll find yourself literally laughing out loud while listening. Thank you guys for providing such carefree, hilarious entertainment!

Kent & The Op are masterful in TCK. The research Kent does is unparalleled, and I so appreciate listening to super well written, funny and interesting true crime that doesn’t include “trigger warning, trigger warning, trigger warning!” every time he mentions a bad act. (Well, except for school shooters, but they really are the worst!). Keep it up guys, you’re the light of my week!

I’m a redneck from Alabama so it’s nice to hear someone with a similar accent. I Also enjoy the operators useless input.

But first let me rate this show. I’m going to be old, like sadly old . But I still have great taste . And this podcast is top tier , if you like well researched, and sharp humor . Take it from me, the almost antique … One of the great shows. Thanks Kent !

I love this show. so funny and entertaining

I love Kent Chungus and TCK! I can’t get enough of his stories! The research he does on each of the shows is unbelievable and never leaves you thinking you only heard half of the story. And the humor he throws in is just the right balance of levity to complement what are usually very dark true crime stories.

I’m impressed with the amount of research spent on each story. Kent is a great story teller of course, Operator is good in his role too. They both have their own brand of dry humor. There are a lot of ethical problems regarding comedy and true crime, I find this show to be respectful of victims and their families. I way prefer that over fake outrage from a serious host any day.
