Kent and the Op are such a mismatched pair that it is somehow brilliant.

So at first I enjoyed Kent coming in to add to 11:59 and then doing TCK. I thought I would really miss Jack, however, I feel the rapport and banter between you and the OP fit the platform and your goals much better than with Jack and OP! I love Jack to death but you could really see he was super-stressed and not doing the content and creativity he was passionate about. I was worried about him for a bit there. So I love Jack for Jack's content and you guys for yours!

Kent’s humor is some of the best I’ve found in true crime. He and the Op are a great team. I only wish there was a bigger back log to listen to!

Love listening to these two when I need to take a mental break from other true crime pods. Kent’s research is very thorough!

I love all the 1159 media shows but Kent is my actual favorite podcaster of all time. I’m currently in a postpartum period of my life which is lonely & the days are endless. I’ve always been a mixer podcast fan but I feel like these guys are my friends. I love listening to their banter & feeling like I’m part of the inside jokes. All the episodes are I guess well researched… I’m not gonna fact check them. Keep up the great work. I love it here.

Kent is the funniest man I’ve ever come across on a podcast. His research is outstanding, he obviously puts in a huge amount of effort to bring so many background details of the cases too. The Operator’s input is always welcome to me, it makes the show last longer which is never a bad thing....I can’t get enough. Thank you Kent for being so refreshingly un-woke!!!

Quality content! This show does unbelievable research for every case! (Who knew so many murder locations turn into vape shops 🤔) If your easily “triggered” then here’s your warning because Kent won’t be giving you one 😂 On top of it all Kent has to deal with that monkey wrench of a boss! (Aka The Operator) I don’t know how he does it but I’m glad he does! Hugs everybody! 🤮

I have changed my review, from a 1* to a 5*… I left the last one, after getting frustrated by Ops cringeworthy jokes! But after listening to the last one, I felt it was harsh. Kent is brilliant, and often has me in in stitches! I agree too, that this is a break from the norm with podcasts! There is no pandering and no trigger warnings or full body chills etc! Apologies for the last review left in haste, but Op please just allow Kent to tell the story and I’m not saying stay silent, but don’t add for the sake of adding x hugs!

Awesome story telling.

Kent is the best friend I never knew I needed. He obviously doesn’t know I exist but whenever I need a laugh or just literally wanna hear some gross stuff, I turn on 1159 - TCK. Kent is the bee’s knees. Seriously. He stays true to HIMSELF and doesn’t give a rat’s Booty about anyone’s opinion of his opinion…cuz people have the right to have their own opinion - if you weren’t aware. Opinion. There I said it again since I needed to say OPINION again. Bish. Please listen to literally any of his episodes, and If you don’t like it, your opinion is wrong 🤷🏻‍♀️ - efffff yoooou. That is all.

Which this week saw me resting my head on the steering wheel in hysterics during the Robert Garrow part 1 episode. If you are looking for incredibly well researched true crime, narrated by an unfiltered R rated Statler and Waldorf style duo, look no further! As a Western Australian seeing other WA reviews: Kent, Op.. we love you, keep pushing out this gold! Also Op, you’ll fit in just fine over here in WA!

I wish I never started listening to this show. I absolutely hate opening my podcast app and NOT seeing a new TCK episode. Please stop that from happening. It really puts a damper on my day.

This show is awesome. Kent has a way of telling a story that no other podcasts has. The banter back and forth is hilarious. I first heard Kent on 911 while travelling through Europe and at first it such a shock, but over my trip I fell in love and can’t stop listening.

I find myself laughing out loud at work while I listen to you at work. The chemistry between the two of you is magical. Keep up the good work guys.

The character Sam built in the beginning was gold. It made the show what it was. He should’ve never given it up.

Thanks for all the laughs & all the hard work you guys put into the show. This has quickly become my new favorite podcast, hands down, & has me laughing like a maniac out loud (which is quite embarrassing while grocery shopping and people don’t notice ur earbud!!). The unlikely pairing of these two hosts is absolutely hilarious & they make Great Comedy!!! I find myself needing Much More than one episode a month, tho. Lots of Laughs & Love from N. AL

They are funny, well researched and entertaining. They actually seem to write their own scripts, not just read a Wikipedia entry, so you always get something original. Definitely one of my favorite true crime podcasts.

I love true crime—I think I’m always trying to understand the “how” behind the psychology of horrible people; however listening to your ‘normal’ true crime podcast can be quite traumatic. What I love about TCK and the Operator is you don’t feel as horrible after listening due to Kent’s ripping these @@sholea to absolute shreds!! The Operator’s discomfort and laughing despite his uneasiness just ads to the humor at these psycho’s expense!!! I’m here for it 💯. Only complaint MORE!!!
